This famous line from Yeats poem The Second Coming written in the aftermath of WW1 and immortalized by Chinua Achebe’sclassic novel When Things Fall Apart describes the current global context of multiple concurrent crises the latest being the Russian invasion of Ukraine preceded by a series of coups in West Africa and other protracted conflicts around the world;
